Extending over an area of some 80 hectares, it is a restful antidote to
life in the city. Take a stroll among age-old oak and beech trees,
passing enclosures of fallow deer and wild boar. In a clearing you’ll
see a piece of rock from the ice-age which commemorates a young
goat-herd called Jörgen – according to legend it was he who first
discovered coal here.
Due to storm Ela in 2014 we recommend to stay on public ways for your own safety.
